Our next production will be “Spelled” by Adrian Cale.
This is a two-act comedy murder mystery set within a modern day witches’ coven.
Zelda is the head witch of a modern-day coven, but is despised by its members – she’s plagiarised Florence’s Big Book of Spells, turned Ethel’s owl into vol-au-vents, and made Dora quack like a duck. When Zelda is found dead, the Council of Witches send an investigator to solve the case.
Friday 17th May and Saturday 18th May 2024 – times and tickets to be announced.
We are due to start a new production soon and we are looking for new adult members.
If you are interested in joining us please contact Tina Kirkup on 07788 857040, or by email at this email address.
To paraphrase Granny Wetherwax in Terry Pratchett’s Discworld series, we are still here!
Caroline has written a comedic adult-orientated nativity play which we are hoping to present in January, and we need more people – cast members, backstage, front of house and all the other roles that need to be filled.
Rehearsals start on Tuesday 11th October at 8pm in the village hall.
It has become obvious that we cannot present “Girls @ The Fest” under the current restrictions.
We have officially cancelled the event on TicketSource so if you have booked tickets you will receive a refund.
Once we feel that we are able to re-instate this production with any new restrictions, we will update this site.
Obviously with the current situation we do not know if we will be able to keep to the original dates for the next production. Our cast are rehearsing weekly using video chat so things are still progressing.
Ticket sales are currently suspended but we have not formally cancelled the production; we will take a decision on what to do when we get closer to the date.
Bookings are now open for “Girls @ The Fest”.
